Silicea for Bartholin gland cyst _{Page 6 of 43}

Dr. Khan,
I have taken Berberis Vulgaris 6X for 3 days 4 drops in mineral water.
The cyst is now bigger and uncomfortable. I am refraining from trying to get any thing to come out of it as you suggest it will not heal if I do?
The pus is a mucous like yellow white.
I wanted to know if you might suggest the Silicea 6X again? It seemed to help a little. In the meantime I will continue to pray that my body heal itself.

There has been no discharge since the time I took Berberis Vulgaris.The color of pus was light brown since it was mixed with some blood.

Dear Dr. Khan,
I am still taking Silicea 6x. There is no bleeding or pus but the cyst is the size of a golf ball and very painful. I am taking ibuprophen for pain and doing sitz baths praying that it will heal.
Just giving an update, if this pain continues I may be heading back to the doctor which I do not want but don't know how long I can deal with this pain.

Hello Dr.Khan,

I have been suffering from cysts in the bartholin glands for the past 6 years. Twice the abscess has been marsupialized. For the past 1 year or so, it has been occuring regularly before or after periods. cysts are formimg on the right/left labia, sometimes the swelling is more with pain and they reduce gradually with onset of periods.if it occurs after periods,then takes 3/4 days for the cysts to reduce.

I treat the swelling/cysts with sitz bath and intake silicea 6x. But the problem seems to be persisting without healing.

Please suggest a permanent remedy to this problem.Thanks!
