Stomach ache

HI my 4 yr old is having high fever 104, Vomiting,stomach ache and cold hand and feet

please suggest some medicine

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Nux Vomica 200 thrice a day for 2 days. If that doesn't help start calc carb 200.
