Low confidence

I used to have chronic migraines when i was young and homeopathy completely cured me so i really believe in it. My problem now is low confidence. I have a very low opinion about my self, it's very hard to get myself motivated, i feel that others have a very low opinion about me. Can you sugget something?

If you are blonde pale and dislike wearing wollen garments try Pulsatilla 6x , twice a day for 7/10 days . Stop and wait to judge result.

Otherwise Anacardium 6x may be worth a try.

there are more than one remedies for stage frights, some other being GELSIMIUM, LYCOPODIUM, SILICEA etc.

you need to give your mental and some physical symptoms in detail so that the correct remedy can be chosen.

anacardium may or may not work on you.

individualisation is very important.
