Frequent Nocturnal Emission, Weakness, impotency, Depression, low confidence, Weak StomachHello Sir..
I'm facing the very serious problem of Excessive and Frequent Nocturnal Emission problem, Many times in a week sometimes 4,5 times in a week.. Sometimes with dream but mostly no dreaming at all.
Mostly when I ate something like meat, fish, eggs etc.. It is must that night I'll face Nocturnal Emission, without any Erection. penis has become very falcid, weak.. Sexually very weak, no arousal, no erection but When I ate something powerful like meat, fish, eggs atc Its nocturnal Emission must that night..
I'm becoming more and more weak day by day.. My Face is showing very weak, color is somewhat pale.. discolouration. I cant do any type of heavy work, When I do something like this or ran fast, I face Palpitation (very fast heartbeat), sweat, and weakness. Weight is also very low.. droping day by day
I have become depressed, low confidence, not social anymore..
my arms, hands, shoulders legs. etc on all body Bones are showing my weakness.. these all are due to Excessive, and FRequent NOCTURNAL EMISSION

A. I start everything with passion but leave them once I lose interest. I am kind of a quitter. Lose concentration easily. I have to work hard to stay focused on one task, but at the same times I'v topped in my degree class

A. I suffer from Night emission. Initially (from age 15 to 19) it occurred very frequently like twice or thrice in a week. Now(from age 19 to 22)it occurs when I ate something powerfull like meat, fish, eggs I must face this on that night. My stomach is very weak, It seems me that all the foad is digested well but I face NOCTURNAL EMISSION. I looks physically strong but the day by day I'm becoming very weak, depressed, tension, fear of lost. when it occurs, I feel weak and feel like doing nothing all day. Whenever it happens, it makes me feel sad and frustrated. I feel like I am losing important energy and I can't help it. I started to masturbate when I was 15. I masturbated from age 19 to 21 once a week. Now I try my best to stop it all but sometimes I do after 2 or 3 weeks. But now my body can't hold on vital nutrient. I try to work out and eat well to keep my health in good shape but it emits out through NOCTURNAL EMISSION at night. Whatever I do, it is not enough to make my body hold it for a long time(like for a couple of months). Night emission happens and I lose large amount of energy. i feel like as soon as a sufficient amount is generated, my body emits it out at night.

A. Since 15 or 16 years of age.

A. Excessive Masterbation in Start of my Teenage. It happens When I ate healthy foods to make my body strong but It emits throug emission. it happens in nights after i sleep in 2,3 hours but sometimes in early mornings.

A. When I avoid constipation. Avoid masturbation. Lying Down.

A. Consuming warm milk at night. Irregular sleep habits (when i go to sleep late and get up late)

A. When it happens I feel sad, depressed, restless, frustrated and a little angry.

A. Constipation. throat problems, hair fall,

A. When I eat well and work out, constipation is under control. When I don't sleep well and work too much under sun or heat, I seems very weak, sick and ill.

A. I'm most afraid of snack.

A. I am afraid of darkness, lonliness in a far area. I also become restless at places which are not open and contains less oxygen like basements.

A. Mostly positive thoughts. to help others. To achieve a very high Rank in Govt. or any other Institute. I keep thinking about these type of stuff. and also sometimes erotic stuff when I watch that kind of movie.
16. How do you respond to consolation & sympathy
A. I'm very sympathetic, I love to help others, poors, peoples in troubles but don't do bcz same time I'm very shy, low confidence.
17. Do you want to stay alone or with people
A. I like to be with people, but Mosly I'm alone. In my early teens i stayed alone indoors, I fear my apperence is very weak although I have good body but actually due to Frequent Nocturnal Emission I've become very Weak.

A. i can sleep for good 6-8 hours when nightfall does not interrupt me.
19. Do you have any recurring dreams
A. I have very bad dream fearfull, showing my worries, tension. Mosly Emission happens without sexual dream.

A. It gets worse in rainy season. Happens frequently in winters but slows down during summers.

A. I don't like too much heat and I sweat a lot. Even if I work out a little or I am out in the sun for sometime, I sweat a lot.
But I also feel cold a lot when it is cold, I feel more than others

A. i like comfortable loose clothes. Wear Kurta, Shalwar mostly.

A. I love to eat desserts and sweets, chocolates. I like milk and diary products a lot.

A. Nothing as such but I don't like junk food.

A. Nails are pinky white. teeth are unarranged. Hair fall occurs too frequently.

A. I sweat a lot(neck, back, chest). People say I stink after work out. colorless.

A. Eye sight is becoming weak. Distant Object are not clear, Moon sees doubled not clearly can see

A. throat somewhat infected, fullness, redish.. sometimes pain in throat ..

A. Yellow in the morning. Then colorless.

A. Mostly High but now I'm very weak

Maybe this thread is a little old but I have answers to this.
There are many reasons that nocturnal emission/spermatorrhea occurs:
If you eat rich foods before sleep
If you drink water before sleep
If you are always stressed or anxious
If you masturbate often
Also depends on how your bed is. Do you have lots of blankets or a thick comforter? If you are to warm when you sleep then change to thinner blanket/comforter. The comforter/blanket should be made of natural material like cotton, silk or wool because they can "breath" and let some heat go away (as far as I know cotton is best for less heat). If it is made of chemicals like polyester they keep lot of unnecessary heat inside, which also disturbs deep sleep.
And there are some herbs, berries etc that helps:
Goji berry, schizandra, cornus/cornelian cherry, walnut.
And one important thing is to stop masturbate. Only have sex with a lady. Never masturbate.
Eventually you have heard it is healthy but it's not.
No matter how hard the urge is JUST STOP IT. If you wait maybe a few minutes (or as long as it takes) then the urge will go away, and that way you become mentaly stronger so it is easier next time.
Also I believe that to build up lost energy so you can have a strong body, in this case you should do it slowly by not eating a lot of rich foods in one single day. Slowly and steady. and allways combine meats with some vegetables.
Some good stuff that helps are fish roe and pine pollen.
One more thing, you said you sit all day in front of a laptop. Well, you have to move your body! Excercise, walk, run or anything you like. Sitting a lot creates many problems.

I am khuram shahzad.i am from Pakistan.
I am 35 years old.i am suffering from nocturnal emissions from last twenty years.
these nocturnal emissions started when I was fifteen years old.
these nocturnal emissions started when I masturbate two or three time in a day
for two or three days continuously,before that I never masturbate and not having any nocturnal emissions.
this is the biggest mistake of my painful life.i stopped masturbate then.
from august 1996 to 2 November 2016 I have nocturnal emissions almost every night till today.
I have not one nocturnal emission in a night ,I have atleast two or three nocturnal emissions in a night.
I have nocturnal emission with every erection during sleep.if i have three or four erection in a night
I have three or four nocturnal emissions in a night.
the only time when I have not nocturnal emissions when I am not having sleep.
when I sleep the erection comes in sleep and semens comes out.
I am taking medicines from last sixteen years.
from homeopathic to allopathic I have taken so many many medicines and homeopathic remedies
with no result.
I feel so weak and sick.there is no words to describe my condition right now.
I sleep ony for or five hour in a night.i feel extremely dizzy during the day.
I feel exreme pain in my back and legs.
I have taken almost every homeopathic remedy.
now I am having suicidal thoughts.
I do not want to live like this.
I have naver slept a good sleep from last twenty years.
