Natural treatments for erectile dysfunction

Hello Everyone,

I'm a 37 year old male who is pretty healthy except for having diabetes and mid-level hypertension. My diabetes is not well controlled but I'm working on that.

Like a lot of men with diabetes, I'm experiencing erectile dysfunction. I have sexual desire and can even have an orgasm but I simply cannot get a hard erection. My penis will elongate and swell, but not to the point of being anywhere near hard enough for sex.

I don't want to use Viagra or any other 'drug' and want to pursue a natural remedy. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
