There is no aid who left the hope at least. Dont loose hope for ur curing but have to change ur food habit and life style as I said for a permanent Cure. What was ur last successful medicine and what is ur current problem tell me.

Frankly speaking the most successful medicine was Nat. Mur 1M but after some time i felt no effect of this medicine on me. Even i continued this medicine for more than a month to permanently cure PE.
My penis head is extremely sensitive. If i apply some oil on it and rub it to masturbate, i feel jerks and pleasure converts into continuous jerks and pain.
Further more if i don't insert my full penis in vagina, i last longer but i miss that pleasure. What to do in this case.
As far as my lifestyle is concerned, i am not involved in any type of exercise even i don't walk for 10 minutes. Please tell me what to do to change my life style and medicine to cure PE.
It seems that my body or brain

Bcs I have used German pharmacopeia made medicine several times but never got so astonishing result as urs from this medicine. The cure is simple please read carefully u must practice this technique to get it right. Premature ejaculation can damage relationships and damage confident its a worse thing to happen to men .I suffered badly from it now i m recovering. This website is great its helping lots people. 1 there is point when u feel ur going to ejaculate at that point u must squeeze the lower part of the penis imagine penis like a pipe u find the deep lower part of the pipe fingers wrap around the pipe squeeze hard . u must do this just before ejaculation happen
2 at the same time ur other hand fingers squeezing the top part of the penis
3 u must continue breath in and breath out
4 u have to apply this technique very quickly just before ejaculation happen
when u do this the sperm can not come out when sperm dont come out for 3 months u will start to recover
5 u have to practice many time to get this technique right
When ur about ejaculate testicals will come very near to the lower part of the penis u must gently push them down with one of ur finger while squeezing
Cut ur fingers nails so they wont cut ur skin while squeezing

my problem is premature ejaculation. sometimes i ejaculate without erection. when i get erection i ejaculate before penetration. my age is 32 . have never been able to penetrate as ejaculation comes very early.Has habit of smoking from last 10 years.I get cold very early.

Start stimulating again and the process is repeated until desired length of time until orgasm is reached, You may lose your erection when you stop the stimulation, but just start again. Pelvic floor muscles : Stop the flow of urine while you are peeing. As you are peeing, intentionally stop the flow of urine. Do this several times until you can clearly feel the muscle you are using to stop the flow.

Let me to inform all mates. No homeo medicine is successful to eliminate the PE problem. Who so ever advice and what so ever they advice doesn't matter. I used Baryta Carb 30 but got no benefit from it. The only solution to this problem is herbal/hikmat.
Hikmat/herbal is the most successful way of treatment of this problem. I am getting hikmat treatment and observed wonderful results.
