Hi Dr. Kempson,I was on ravzzy's thread and it got confusing so I created this one to simplify.
Once again, thanks so much for taking my case. I really appreciate it.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1. What foods and drinks do you crave? A craving is not just liking something but a very strong desire that you must fulfill very often.
I crave almost everything these days. But in general, I've had a crazy sweet tooth, especially for chocolates (healthier ones from trader joes and so forth). After I eat a meal I'm not satisfied unless I have chocolate or something sweet. I used to be good at not giving in but now I have trouble controlling it. I also enjoy eating meat a lot. I can hardly go a day without eating meat. Part of this reason is also because I try to avoid carbs/grains so I'm only left with meat, veggies, and lentils...and I'm not a huge fan of lentils and only enjoy veggies with meat. I've also noticed that not only am I always hungry but I have no 'satiety' hormones...I can eat so much at one time. And once I'm eating something like ice cream, I eat it so fast and before you know it, the whole pint is finished, which is basically why I don't purchase ice cream. When I started eating healthy it was so easy to give up sweets. Since eating healthy by the way, I never drink soda or any processed beverage like tea or juice or anything (I've kept at this). I just drink water, coconut water, or organic tea sweetened with stevia. I avoid all junk foods 97% of the time. What's frustrating is my diet is 100x better than how I was 2 years ago OR my friends and family currently...yet I struggle with weight loss and they don't.
2. What foods and drinks do you hate?
I dislike all soups. Also most lentils.
3. What kinds of weather and temperature are you sensitive to?
I like room temperate the best of course. I get cold very easily, and especially after I've lost so much muscle mass, I find I get cold very easily. Really hot weathers make my back very sweaty.
4. Is there anything else in the environment you seem more affected by than other people?
Can't think of anything.
5. What times of the day do you feel at your best and your worst?
I'm never really that fresh when I wake up. I feel as if I'm best around 1-3pm and 7-10pm.
6. What problems do you have with sleep?
I've currently developed bad sleeping habits. I sleep too late (its 1:24am right now...) and wake up too late. Unless I have somewhere too be in the morning, I'll usually sleep in till 10:30-11:30am. Also when I have a corneal erosion during the night, even a minor one, definitely disrupts my sleep. I often have to move around. I always like the pillow to be cold. I like a thick blanket even when it's really hot, causing me to move around and wake up during the night sometimes.
7. What kind of dreams do you have? If you have a reoccurring dream or pattern in your dreams, please describe them.
I always have some normal dreams of people I know. I also can sometimes tell I'm in a dream and usually get my self out fairly quickly. But I used to keep having dreams of flying or falling, while some being is chasing me. Over the past year, I sometimes have dreams of some 'being' chasing me (I can never tell what it is) but this time I'm not always flying. This 'being' always attacks me and suffocates me, and even though I realize it's a dream, I oftentimes try to wake up but this being is like locking me or preventing me from doing so..I'm like in a state where I can't move. I sometimes try to fight it but it always results in him locking me down (I think at least...) The only thing that frees me is when I start praying to God and reciting Surah's from the Quran...I get unlocked and wake up immediately after I do that (within 1-3 seconds). Last week that happened. And I woke up with such a rapid heart beat that it really worried me. I'm not really sure if this is uncommon or what is going on here, but I haven't really talked to anyone about it...
8. What is your physical energy like? Are particular activities difficult for you?
My physical energy is OK. It could be better I feel like. I was really tired and extremely fatigued when I went on that stupid HCG 500 calorie diet (it was a pain even going up stairs). But I feel like I don't have as much energy as I used to have. I feel this is because I'm a bit stressed out that life just isn't going the way I want it to go. My health, my weight and workout goals, my career, and other things just are not improving.
9. What kinds of medical treatment have you had in the past? Have there been any bad reactions to medicines, including vaccines?
I've had stardard vaccines that an American kid has...I think I got the hepatitis shots, maybe the chicken pox one (although I got chicken pox when I was a kid so maybe I didn't), and all the other onces. I don't plan on ever getting vaccinated for anything again, as I've realized how toxic they are. I've listed my past medical treatment in detail in the previous post but I can quickly summarize it again here (look in past post for more detail on this):
1-When I was 2 or 3 I had surgery on my lazy eye. It's still a tiny bit lazy today (but my parents say its not nearly as bad as it was before the surgery). This is the only surgery I've ever had.
2- Had chicken pox when I was a kid. Not sure of what the treatment was.
3- Bronchitis about 9 years ago. Took antibiotics for it.
4- Shingles on my back about 8 years ago. Took antibiotics and pain killers for it.
5- Throat infection last year. Took antibiotics for it. After about 2-3 months and still lasting now, I have a weird feeling like something is stuck in the adams apple region of my throat.
6- Got this weird rash about 4-5 years ago. I think its at the same location or near the same location on my back as where the shingles we're. The spots are now basically scars.
Checked my blood pressure a couple of months ago and it's normal. Got a urine test about a year ago. It said my cholesterol was slightly high. Also said my urine was pretty alkaline and I was urinating out protein. If you want the copy of this report I can email it to you.

Hi love and peace-
see that you wrote you are taking
the senega 2x a day??? for 15 days????
You were to take that ONCE A DAY
FOR 3 DAYS ONLY. AND then WAIT.
take no more and report to Kadwa
what happened after the 15 days
are over.
I hope you clairfy what you are doing
and if you are doing this twice a day
DAILY that you STOP taking it.
you have to follow directions to
get the intended result and since
this was gone over several times
I don't know what the problem is.

No no I'm not taking Senega anymore. I should have been more clear. I just meant 'for 15 days' as the prescribed period where I don't take any other homeopathic medications should Dr. Kempson want to prescribe me anything. I was under the impression I have to wait 15 days to wait and see if my eye heals before taking any thing Dr. Kempson thinks I should take, and I just wanted to make sure he knows about that

ok good. David ( who is not a doctor
btw but a real homeopath) would
think you are on that medicine from
what you wrote and taking it twice a
day!!
If the eye injury becomes better in
the 15 day period it means that medicine
is working on the injury.
If not Kadwa told you to take the symphtum 6c for a month for the eye-
so it is important to see what the Senega
is going to do in the meantime.

Yep I am not a doctor, but I am a registered homoeopath, so David is fine :)
I am slowly working through all the new cases and those cases that people have asked me to look at again. I am working on this right now.

There are some questions that need to be answered yet. I will copy them out of my intake form.
If you have not done this by the time you have covered your problems, discuss the problems you have generally had in your life. What have been the big traumas, the big issues for you? Where have you felt unable to change, where do you get stuck repeating the same behaviours?
Also discuss the issues you might have had in childhood. Talk about your family, your upbringing, your parents. What kind of child were you? What did you fear, what did you aspire to, what do you remember the most?
Lastly talk about the way in which you handle or cope with your problems. What are the patterns that reoccur in your life? How do you find yourself managing your problems, even if it is not successful? To what degree do your problems affect you? How do you think everything will work out in the end for you?

What is it you do to be the best in all those situations you mentioned?
What exactly would be optimal health for you?
Talk about more about your strategy of suppressing and controlling.
What do you feel people should do to be in optimal health? How do other people achieve this? How could you achieve it?
What is it you fear about snakes?

How do you keep your house?
How do you dress?
How do you do you organise your workspace?
Are there times when you stop trying so hard to achieve your various goals? If so tell me about those.

my room is generally very tidy. occasionally i will toss clothes in a corner and they will be there for a couple of day before being cleaned up.
my closet is very tidy, shirts are all organized my type, and sweaters are all folded and stacked.
I wear all variates from t-shirts and collar shirts to button downs and sweaters, all depending on the situation. Overall, I dress pretty well and fashionable, I guess you could say. I usually will only by name brand/designer clothes, but only purchase them when they are on sale.
My desk is organized but always gets cluttered up eventually. And then after a week or two it bothers me enough to clean it again.
Yes I once tried to pursue medicine but realized I couldn't do it. I gave up on it, but it was not only because I found it too hard, I also stopped believing in allopathic/conventional medicine and started believing more in natural and homeopathic medicines.

The remedy I want you go get is Carcinosinum 200c. I will post the instructions on how to dose.
INSTRUCTONS FOR SPLIT DOSING
Firstly, you need to create a separate dosing bottle. Get a bottle with a dropper, 15-30mls in size, and fill it with a mixture of water and alcohol (5 parts to 1 part). Dissolve 2-4 granules or 2-4 drops of the medicine you bought from the pharmacy into this mixture. Your doses will be made from this bottle.
Hit the bottle firmly against the palm of your hand, or another elastic surface like a book. It should be a firm hit not a tap. 2 hits is enough to begin with, and should not be increased unless it is clear that it is needed. The water in this bottle will 'remember' the number of times you have hit it, so that subsequent doses will be stronger (necessary to overcoming the resistance of your disease).
Place 1 drop into an amount of water - I may start with anything from 1/4-1 full cup (62ml-250ml) depending on the sensitivity of the patient. Stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away. Wash the cup and spoon in hot water, no detergent, and put them to the side for further dosing.
This is one dose. Repeat doses would be started from the 2 hits on the bottle.
Each step of this process can be adjusted to reduced aggravation or to increase the effect of the medicine. In order to be able to do this, it is important to measure each step (count the hits, the drops, measure the water etc).
Use 1/4 cup of water to begin with. Take one dose only and let me know at the end of 7 days what has happened.

All ready been mentioned many times but yeah I've also tried to increase muscle mass/decrease body fat and chubby cheeks numerous times with the end result not only failure, but worse off from where I started. I've recently started to drink lots of local free range eggs and raw grass-fed cows milk to see if that can help rebuild my body mass (as well as lift weights).

Hi David,
Thanks for working on my case. I'm going to get Carcinosinum 200C tomorrow or on Monday. I'm a little bit confused on this 'split dosing' though. Can I find any bottle with a dropper of do I have to go to a store and by an empty one (not sure if they even sell that...). I have a empty dropper bottle that once had Eleuthero Root in it. Also do I purchase any kind of alcohol? Like vodka or rum...?
Another thing I'm just curious about, how did you end on Carcinosinum over other ones? Just wondering how I fit in this to get an idea. Also is this for mental issues or is it going to fix my physical ones like increase body mass/skin and scar issues/gray hair/something stuck in throat? Like I really don't want this to be some medicine that just makes me happy and content with the way my life is, no long worried about 'my physical appearance' or anything like that.
Once again, thanks for working on my case.

The bottle you use must be clean, and steralized if it has been used before. Boiling it for 5 minutes is usually enough. You also need to wash out the dropper with boiling water.
If it cannot be cleaned completely, then do not use the bottle. That is very important.
Any spiritous alcohol is fine. I use brandy or vodka typically, but have used whisky and pure ethanol (which tastes disgusting btw). Obviously don't use anything with other substances added like peppermint, cream, milk etc.
You cannot be made happy and content without your symptoms being improved or even cured. This is the cornerstone of homoeopathic treatment - 'Cure from within out'. Cure does not work any other way. You cannot cure your disease but leave yourself unhappy, or even just 'neutral'. Peace, contentment, joy, creativity, connection, love - the state of health is a positive one and once the vital energy is working correctly (thus creating these feelings) then the other symptoms will improve.
Homoeopathy is not a one-sided medicine like allopathy and pseuodhomoeopathy. It is a true holistic medicine, and the whole person should get well not just one part of them (not even just the 'mental' part).

Okay. Sounds good I'm pretty excited. I'll try to get the carcinosinum (same as carcinosin right?) on Monday.
And for the alcohol I will probably use some typical vodka that has 40% content or something.
I'll let you know if I have any questions or after 7 days.
Thanks.
