serious health problems for last 6 months

hellow !

I have been treating for sinus..
its started 6 month back and after that I was in severe anxiety and in 6 months lost 10kgs ..currently havin homeopathic treatment and in between have alopathic treatment and see quite a many doctors ... I have some symptoms that I have told different doctors but no one said its serious... I feel weakness in legs like i am walking on air .. I have buzzing sensation in my veins ..at night when I lay down I feel like I am floating..doc says its due to weakness and gave vitamins and complan .. but I didnt do proper course ..apart from it a thing that I cant tell the doctor is dat I have been masturbating for last 10 years and sometimes 4 0r 5 times a week without a gap trying to control it but still sumtimes fail to take over this habit ... so really concern about this buzzing feeling happens sometimes specially after masturbating .. doc say theses symptoms are due to weakness.. apart from it i have sinus problems heavy head pulsating feeling numbness on head tightness in nose and heads . plzz help me guide thanks

PL take
1. Agaricus-30 6 pills 2 times a day
2. Walnut 4 drops 2 times a day in 2 teaspoonful water

Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2
Pl take the treatment for 15 days and then give feedback
