obesity

1. 298 lb, 5'5",58yr. old female
2.fat distributed over body...but concentrated in center, and upper arms.
3. sleep pattern..after 4 or 5 hrs of sleep I awake and have trouble getting back to sleep. I awake in morning feeling tired. Like I have never slept at all.
4.I'm sensitive to loud noices, crowds,criticism.
5.I could get depressed easily if I let myself. I try to keep busy, but find myself not as prone to business as I used to be.
6.Generally a positive person, with a desire to make others happy and a desire to make others feel good.
7.Desires for food are limitless... but mostly for breads, sweets, meats.
8.major diseases from past;..gall bladder attack and removal,(9 years ago),appendix attack and removal (20 yrs ago)...
9.I had an alergic reaction to a medication given after gall bladder attack. It was perscribed to be given twice a day, to fight infection. Have not had any other reactions to any drugs before or since. I can't remember name of drug.
10. I have no history of homopathy use. I am not on any drugs at present....I only take a mulivitamin, daily.I rarely will take an over the counter medication.
11.I suffer from; nail fungus.( I have toe,(located on all toe nails of left foot), plus I have a nail fungus located on all of right hand. Plus I have a rash that never goes away that is located on my stomach. It is the size of my fist. I am assuming it to be a fungus also. I have showed it to Drs. and Naturpaths and no one seems concerned.)
As I mentioned previously, I suffer from mild bouts of depression.
