Attn: Dr. Nawaz. Hives Itch and GERD from Allergy
Dear Dr Nawaz.I present my case to you. I am a patient of Sinus/hey fever. But i want your consultation on a recent problem which i developed after taking Tramal SR 100MG (Tramadol HCL) for pain relief. After taking it for 2 days i got very lethargic so i stopped. but from the next day on, I developed GERD symptoms which further detoriated and now i also have Hives. At first I didnt think the problem was due to the drug allergy. But a little research on internet helped me to understand that the Drug i took is very very dangerous and all the problems i have are allergic side effects of Tramadol.
Please suggest. Also note that i Usually take Calc. carb 30 for my sinus problems which gives me relief for few days.
I am detailing the problems below which developed after taking Tramadol
Sex: Male
Age: 34
Status: Married
Complain No 1:
ACID Reflux. occasional pain in chest, Right side breast plate when stomach empty. Severe cough after meals. with shortness of breath. Clear Mucous expectoration. Taste acidic/sulphuric.
Complain No 2 :
Itch and Hives on both palms and sole of feet. very prominent in the morning but get lesser as day progresses. itching and burning.
Complain No 3 :
Itching in internal Ears, and Penis under glans, Not on the skin but internally.
Current Medication :
I have been given Anti Histamine (Fexet, Zyrtec) for allergy. I have been given a Decadron Injection Shot, which helped but symptoms reappeared after 26 hours. Please take my case into consideration and suggest what to do.

Sinus: I have been operated for deviated septum 5 years ago but the symptoms returned after an year, Sneezing with running nose in the morning, White coryza
Blocked nose at night, and sometimes the length of day. Itching / burning sensation in eyes. Ears blocked with pain in frontal head and back.
Premature Ejaculation: I am only mentioning this problem although it has been rectified to some extent.
Hair loss : I am totally bald headed now. I loose hair from the whole body. Head , chest, beared even pubis hair. My bed is full of hair when i wake up.

Long history.
First of all i started taking Acid phos Q and selenium 3x for hair fall for like three months. I was in college back then, Masturbated quite alot back then
so eventually developed spermatorhea / night fallfor which i was given Conium 200, Phosphorus 30, Staph 200, Ranabuffo.
Also for dandruff on my scalp i was given sulphur graphites petroluem. etc
Currently SANGUINARIA 30 and Calc.carb 30 for sinus issue, and i started it 4 days ago a friend recommended and my sinus is quite better.

Just signed in to tell you that i took the dose as suggested by you this morning. Its been 2 hours approx since i took it. I am noticing few more hives appearing on my elbow joints and neck and on both arms.
Should I be worried. or is this a good sign. Also my cough was very bad last night. With saliva like expectoration which tasted like Salt and also difficulty breathing.

I am reporting the first 24 hours after taking the remedy.
I noticed increase in hives within the first 2 hours yesterday morning when i took Sulphur 200. By Evening I had Hives on back of hand, neck and forearms also, they where only present on palms of my hands and soles of my feet. Two hours after lunch , I had a severe cough attack, with tightness in chest and shortness in breath. I was no able to take deep breaths. Short paced breathing was only possible for me as breathing deep would induce further coughing. Colourless mucous expectoration with salty taste as usual.
From 7Pm till 12AM when i went to sleep, I felt like the itching and burning was subsiding, but I woke off to intense burning / itching again. and this time the hives have spread to my back and buttocks also. And one more thing i noticed that the hives on back and buttocks are slightly raised, whereas the ones i have on arms and neck are just light pink spots under skin. I usually sleep till 7:30AM, but i woke at 5:30 today and cannot go back to sleep due to itching. I am also noticing burning/ constriction while urinating now. This burning sensation is under the penis shaft. I almost always have and erection when i wake up and that was not present today. These are the things i have noticed until now in the last 24 hours. If i remember anything else i will add for you.

Please take another dose of Sulphur 200C with more mixing than the previous dose.
Also, get hold of Astacus Fluviatilis 30C in the liquid form.

Dr. Sab, Since I'm at work.. I will not be able to take Sulphur until I get back home. Meanwhile I will procure Astacus Fluviatilis 30. Will you please elaborate the 'more mixing' part. The first dose i took was 4 Drops mixed in 2 sips of water. Should i increase the amount of drops this time or what.???

Please pour 4 drops in 1/4 small bottle of mineral water. After placing the bottle cap, hit the bottle on your left palm 11 times. Then, drink the whole thing.

I would like to share some more information with you regarding my condition which where reminded to me by my wife. almost 1 month ago, i was visiting a relative where i suddenly felt something bite the sole of my left foot. I was standing and I had slippers on. So i kept hitting my foot on the ground in the same position. I never found out what it was. But for the rest of the evening I had itching in the sole of my left foot. Since then I shared with my wife several instances of itching in the palms of my hands to which she jokingly used to mention that You will get money soon, and this itching was not very intense and permanent as it is now. Her opinion is that its not a drug reaction as I have taken shots of Decodran Injection and also have taken Zyrtec for several days, She is not a doctor but I'm letting you know as this might be important info for you.
One more thing ,,,,can i take Zyrtec Anti allergy tablets along with your prescription as this allergy is seriously affecting my productivity at work.

Hello,
I had difficulty sleeping last night.. Very intense itching on feet. No effect on itching and hives. Infact I can now see them more prominent then before. I did not have any cough last night although. Once i went to sleep. I slept through the whole night without waking up.
I am also feeling pain now in my palms and soles. Specially in my left foot. Its tingling pain in the flesh below the finger adjacent to pinky.
Also noticed that where ever I start scratching, that area turns red/pink with hives appearing in 5 minutes.

Well finally I am starting to feel better. I think I replied in hast to your last message. I had just woken up and didn't even get out of bed. Just logged on to see if you had replied, and Wrote whatever I felt then and there. I am now at work and on my way here i noticed that the itch is not that intense, The hives are there ..very visible and red, but I'm not scratching as much as before. I mentioned in my previous post that I had some difficulty sleeping but once I fell asleep, I had a deep sleep because normally I wake up on my on, but today my wife had to wake me up thrice. I think i feel more alert mentally too.
Another thing happened that actually prompted me to write you was that 15 minutes ago, My left ear popped open. You remember i told you my ears are blocked due to fluid sinus and i have coryza dripping down my throat....Coryza is still there but I feel my left ear is open and its a wonderful feeling.
Now tell me what to do, I will procure Ledum on my way back to home if still needed.

I took Ledum 4 hours ago, The visible hives have reduced 50% MASHA ALLAH...
Before taking today's dose I was really depressed because the Hives had spread so much and were so much visible even on my face, forehead and nose.. Everyone at work was sympathising..but i was not experiencing the otherwise accompanied itching.
Anyhow I am preety relaxed right now because todays the first time I've seen reduction in both visible hives and the itching.
Mentally I'm not alert, I feel very very lazy. Do not want to work or go out. That might be due to the ani-allergy i took today which i was avoiding for the last 4 days.
I will start taking Nat-phos 6x tonight insha Allah and give you feed back.
Can i take 1 dose Calc-carb 30 before sleeping with ledum. Because it kinda relives my sinus symptoms.

Can i take 1 dose Calc-carb 30 before sleeping with ledum. Because it kinda relives my sinus symptoms.
