3 month baby with vitiligo

My 3 month baby has vitiligo. I noticed two white patches on both her wrists when she was about 1 month old. I thought they were birth marks but they gradually started expanding. Recently, I noticed a white patch under her chin and one on her cheek. I'm really concerned because there seems to be no medical cure for the condition. Any help would be appreciated.
