vitiligo

My Niece suffering from localized loss of pigmentation on right jaw. She is now 29 years old.Its appeared 11 years before. when started very small spots also her cheek near nose.. Still then we are giving homeopathy medicine. white spots near nose disappeared during treatment..but no improvement so far...Now small spots near nose increased and big appeared on jaw near right jaw..
we all are very embarrassed.
