Sir as i told in the problem description that the child was on homepathic medicins and stopped it around 10 days ago. May i wait for sometime so that already taken medicins effect will gone or i start it now. And can you please guide me a little about dosing and taking procedure because these are two mediciens.

Ok Sir,

I am outside of town, will take the medicines with me and he will start the medication form coming saturday. I will infrom you after 15 days. One more thing about patient is that he is a hot patient, lot of sweating during summers and feeling hot sometime even in winters.

And Sir i have a request, please stay with me during treatment procedure, because i have no hope left but you. Because i already tried alot of options. The diseases already ruins child confidence. So sir please stay with me in this thread in future consultation.

Also sir i took both the medication in liquid form, so can i add 3,3 drops of both in 20ml of water and then sip up slowly?

15 days of medication have completed and i have stopped the medication.

During the treatment, the child mohter told me that he was feeling tired and lazy. Also he told me that the Vitiligo spots around eye are looking 10 to 15% lighter, but no effect anywhere else, also i can understand that it will take time to show any improvements. Observing changes in 15 days for that problem is i think not possible, i think it will take months to show any improvement signs.

So please Dr. Kadwa suggest me what to do next.

After completing 1 month of medication, the spots around eyes are looking lighter, the spots around eyes have some darker shade borders than usual skin color, also some spots on knees and hips have become lighter, no improvement have seen on hands ,foots and other places of body.

So suggest me what to do next, should i continue the same medication?

I hope you are fine. It almost 2 months are complete of medication with 15,15 days post consultation.

You advice Arsenicum album 30 and Sepia 30 around 2 month ago. The vitiligo spots around eyes,back of ears and around knees are becoming lighter and i told you that after first 15 days of using medication.

But not changes have seen elsewhere like hand, foots. Can the child will continue with the same remedy and can you please tell me that how much time it will take.

Also is there any side effects of these remedies for using them so long.

No changes in appetite, but the child ask me that he have loose motion during treatment, mean not too frequent but the bowl movement is not normal and have loose stools.

So doctor can you tell me for how much time the break will continue and when i will start, and for how much time.

Hope so you are doing well. The child has completed another month of Ars alb 30, and Sepia 30, totally 3 months.

In previous month or more i observed some new spots of Vitiligo around right hip and thigh, also one spot on right arm and one on right side of neck, and become clearer now.

Also did not notice much improvement what I observed in first month, it seems that that improvement have stopped.

So Dr. Kadwa suggest me what to do next.
