Vitiligo 4 year old

Hi, need your suggestions on my 4 year old daughter’s vitiligo.

She had Vitiligo one toe on right feet since last year but last few days I noticed one hair in eye lash turning white. It seems active now. Please suggest what should I give? I heard acral is hard to treat but I want to try before it increases more areas. Please suggest for those two areas. My daughter apart from constipation, summer sweats no other issues.

Thank you so much doctor for your quick reply. I just sent you pictures in email. Food habits are normal but likes chips, biscuits and French fries mostly. Won’t eat regular sweets at all. Eats rice and curries. Mentality is normal. Some times shows hyper behavior when we don’t honor her requests.
