Son has high fever
Kadwa ji ,My 4 yrs old son has fever around 101 - 102f now ,it started 2 days ago . We went to beach 4 days ago , he was in the water and on sand whole day. For 2 days . While coming back he was tired but he ate and drink ok . In the night he was tired and his body was hot and was restless in the night .in the morning he was tired and wanted to sleep for more time. ,he ate after then and went to swimming class . In he the evening also he ate ok and played well. But his body was very hot . Day before yesterday. He was very hot and restless I took his temp it was 101f , face was hot and dull , dry cough , no thirst I gave. 2 doses of aconite 6c , temp came down but very dull and not asking any food and drink . Yesterday. He was very dull , hot , not eating and drinking only drink ing some water and juices upon forcing . He has dry cough and some sound . Very hot body .. I gave belladona 30c 3 doses so far 5 hrs apart . Fever went down. For sometime but came back again . Now in the night he has 102f , lying on his tummy , putting his hand under it , covered with bed sheet , doesn't want to remove , coughing , he has saliva coming while sleeping not much .sleeping very less and restless sleep . No sweating . I gave one doses of hepar sulf 30c 1/2 ago . Please advise . Thank you so much.

Please give him rhus tox 30 thrice a day if his fever still persists.
