Overweight and Back Pain

I am a 32 years old married Male from Kolkata. My height is 5'11' and my present weight is 94Kgs.

I work for a MNC in a Managerial role under tremendous pressure 6 days a week. I wake up at 7:00 am in morning and 8:00 am leave for office. Return back home at around 9:00 pm. I also run web online business on my own from my home. After returning back home I need work for another 2~3 hours before I can take my dinner and go to sleep. Normally I sleep around 12:00 am.

I am suffering from Back pain which was diagnosed as Slip Disk few years back. In last one year I have gained around 10 Ks weight which I need to control immediately to avoid my back pain.

I was also suffering with anxiety and was having problem to sleep at night few months back. I took Nexito Forte as advised by doctor and now that problem is gone.

I also sweat a lot compare to any normal person.

Now I need to lose around 10~15 Kgs weight but hardly get any time for workout.

Please advised me some medicine to reduce my weight.

2) Explain in details the chief complaints?
3) What is the duration of illness?
4) If you have Thyroid functioning complications, please explain?
5) If you have blood sugar, do mention the clinical details?
6) Do you have digestion problem? Explain in details.
7) Do you face any problem in bowl movement? Any constipation symptoms?
8) Do you feel thirsty? How many glasses of water you drink every day?
9) Do you feel good in warm or cold or humid climate? Which climate aggravates your problem?
10) Do you have any stress? Explain in details.
11) Do you get normal sound sleep?
12) Explain in detail about your mood?
13) Any problem with you periods? (For females)
- Are the periods early, regular or late in general? How long do they last?
- Do you suffer from any kind of physical or mental discomfort before, during or after the periods?
- Is the flow scanty, normal or excessive?
- Is the blood thick bright red or pale watery?
- Do you notice any clots in the flow?
14) Any past health history for which you would like to share the information?
15) List all the medicine used / using for past / present health complaints?
16) Do you exercise daily? Or any other physical activity.

My thirst seems to be normal. I drink around 3~4 ltrs water every day.
9) Do you feel good in warm or cold or humid climate? Which climate aggravates your problem?
I sweat too much and get cold in warm and humid climate. I feel better in Cold climate.
10) Do you have any stress? Explain in details.
I was going through extreme work related stress around 5 months back. I was having problem to sleep at night. I took Nexito Forte for about 4 months and now it seems to be normal.
11) Do you get normal sound sleep?
I normally have sound sleep but had faced trouble to sleep at night for 6 months recently. But now the problem seems to be gone. I am having pretty good sleep for last 1 and half months at night.
12) Explain in detail about your mood?
I am a very moody person. But normally I am very positive minded, active & happy man.
13) Any problem with you periods? (For females)
Not Applicable
14) Any past health history for which you would like to share the information?
As I mentioned above I was suffering from Anxiety and Insomnia. I also had a small kidney stone around problem around 2 year back which passed through normally out of the system.
15) List all the medicine used / using for past / present health complaints?
User Nexito Forte for 4 months. But stopped taking it around 1 month back.
16) Do you exercise daily? Or any other physical activity.
No. Physical activity only includes climbing staircases and little bit while using public transport.
17) What is your Cholesterol level?
Normal
18) What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
I love to eat spicy food, chicken, meat etc.
19) How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal
20) Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
More. Head.
21) How much is your present blood pressure?
82 /120
22) Please give details about your food intake (breakfast-lunch-dinner)?
I normally skip Breakfast in week days. Take bread (2 Roti) with some Indian vegetable curry or Chicken Curry in Lunch. Take Rice and one curry in Dinner.

I will wait for your advise.

Please get hold of following medicine in liquid dilution:

1) Crataegus Oxy. Q (Mother Tincture).

>> Take two doses of Crataegus. First dose should be taken early morning empty stomach. Second dose before going to bed (around 9:00pm). Repeat for ten days.

One dose means.
The medicine is in liquid dilution form. Add 10 drops of medicine in some half cup (Approx. 3 sip) water and stir with spoon. Sip up the content.

Make sure you keep all medicines away from direct sunlight, strong smell, strong heat zone (keep it in a dark cool place away from allopathic medicines). Also make sure the dropper is fitted with the bottle, else use separate dropper for different medicine for making doses, this will avoid unnecessary contamination.
Please follow homeopathy restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, and no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after taking medicine and brushing of teeth one hour before or one hour after taking the medicine. These restrictions need to be followed each time you take homeopathy medicines during the treatment.

Please do the following:
1) Please boil 4 cups / 2 glasses of water to this add fresh mashed ginger let it boil for some time, Filter the liquid (It is boiled water which has contents
Of ginger) to this add fresh lemon juice and honey as per your taste.
3) No dairy products (butter/cheese/deep fried/junk etc).
4) No Cold stuff of any sought (cold drinks).
5) Don’t drink water 1 hr before or after eating your main meals. If possible avoid chilled water.
6) Avoiding your breakfast is the biggest mistake you are making, which resulted in your weight gain. Try to take good nutritious breakfast.
7) Make sure you have good intake of fruits –salads on daily routine.

By the way, when should I take the boiled water of ginger with Lemon juice & honey?

You can take it after the early morning dose (1 hr after) adjust as per your conv.

If possible try to get your self in some physical exercise or Yoga.

Sorry for reporting back late. I took Crataegus Oxy. Q for 10 days. Also tried to follow the routine as advised by you.

However I still do not see any improvement. I have actually gained few more kgs (mainly at Belly).

My present blood pressure is 85/130. Pulse: 85

Please advise.
