i dont have hypertension. My Bp is 110/70 without medicines
iam sufering from acne and facial hair.Am generally a happy and friendly person but when i get an acne outbreak,i feel Miserable.
i feel that i will be on top of the world without acne.
I once cancelled a very important gettogether just because i had a horrible acne breakout. It made me feel i should do something to control my acne.i get these breakouts very often.my skin is very oily too and i dont like it.i wish my skin was dry.
i have taken oral birthcntrol pills and antibiotics for my condition. The oralpills were moderately succesful but i stopped them as i heard that it isnt safe to take for long..Right now,am taking nothing as am brestfeeding my seven month old baby.i have a horrible acne breakout now.i have four cystic pimples on my face right now and i feel bad.
i get acne any season, doesnt matter whether summer or winter.
my dad is a marine scientist and husband is an engineer.Am a Mphil,b.ed and a teacher.i love all kinds of food, mainly sweets.Maybe i should cut down on sweets.i heard it aggravates androgenic effects.
i love my children.Am a very loving, extroverted, social person. When i get acne,am totaly restless and stressed out.and thats the time when am not comfortable meeting people.
Am good at public speaking, dramatics, music etc.
My acne is mostly on my cheeks, around the nose and on the nose.My forehead is clear. My facial hair is on the chin.and i have acne marks on my face, which i cover with makeup.

dear dr.nawaz,

Following are the medications i took earlier for my acne.I stopped everything two years back.
Oral contraceptive pills(TRIQUIlLAR)-For acne.i took this for 4years.There was moderate improvement.i was put first on diane 35,but surprisingly,i got a worse break out with it.So,i stopped it after two months. Then i took triquilar and i had mild improvement.
FINASTERIDE- i took this for 6months for hirsutism.i did not see any effect so i stopped it.Moreover we wanted to have a baby and since finasteride is toxic, stopped it.
ANTIBIOTICS(doxycycline, minocycline, azithromycin, amoxicilin) for acne.i took these whenever i had a breakout.
Now,i have completed my family.i have two kids. But am breastfeeding and my acne is bad.
Regarding my periods,i dont get periods now as am breastfeeding.i conceived naturally without using any tablets, for my first child. That was nine years back. After delivering her,i got my periods after a year of breastfeeding.i took triquilar for acne and hirsutism. My acne improved a bit but hirsutism did not.My periods were regular before taking triquilar. But after i stopped triquilar,my periods did not resume for almost six months. Then i had to induce my period. My second baby was conceived with clomiphene.I think it is because i took oral contraceptives before that,so i couldnt conceive naturally. My periods used to be v.regular b efore that.my periods would last for five days and the flow was normal. My concern right from the start was my acne and hirsutism.
kindly suggest something that wil cure me and wont harm the baby.

Please take Alumen 30C, 2 drops mixed in 1/4 glass of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 5 days.

Report progress in a couple of days.

Many prayers for you.

'The four cysts are still there'
How would you check the decrease in size? It is going to take some time as the cysts will not disappear over night.

Please continue with the remedy.

Many prayers for your good health.
