3 yr old has Whooping Cough HELPMy vaccinated 9 yr old son contracted whooping cough and my unvax'd 3 yr old got it. He is having hard time with frequent violent choking cough attacks. The older one only had couple attacks during night not during day so it wasn't too bad. I have been treating them w chiro, accupuncture, extra Vit D, zinc, some herbal supps, Vit C SA, essential oils and/or homeopathy but I can't get the remedy right. Everything sounds like it applies. I've tried Pertussinum 30 c, Drosera and Carbo Veg. He is happy and plays in between episodes but the cough comes suddenly and is intense. Face turns red eyes tear up, he gags but not much mucus comes up. Night time and morning upon waking is worst and after eating and crying. Should also mention Dr. put them on antibiotic said if I gave early enough would minimize disease but I think it actually made worse and regret giving to him. I've started the probiotic as well. Stopped all sugar and dairy. I don't know what else to do. The coughing is getting worse and sometimes he whoops in between when trying to catch a breath. The cough sounds like there is phlegm there it lasts few seconds but night he has repeated attacks one after another lasting minute or more. Please if anyone can share what has helped them and their family I'd love to hear it. This is horrible and hurts to watch him suffer. Any advice or recommendations will be much appreciated. Thanks so much.

1.whether he prefers warm surroundings ie whether he likes to be covered or he prefers cold surroundings and open air.
2.whether he has a mild disposition or an irritable disposition. How is his attitude towards his friends and relatives?
3.What other physical problems, if any does he have.
4.At what time he feels better and at what time does he feel worse like in the morning, evening, late night etc.
5.What do you think is the causative factor for starting his problems.
6.How is his thirst for cold drinks, hot drinks and water?
7.How is the bowel movement? Normal, constipated or loose.
8.Whether the child prefers to move around or prefers to keep still.

day 1 morning
day 1 evening
day 2 morning
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
