HELP! 4yr old daughter has a chalazion

Hi! My daughter has a chalazion on her right lower lid for 2months now. Its not hard. Its tender to touch like there's some kinda fluid. Tried warm compress 3x a day but its still there. Tried putting Epsom salt on it last week for 3 days but stop it because the skin above the chalazion is becoming dry and dark. Does Epsom salt dry the skin? How to get rid of the chalazion? Pls help. Thanks in advance.
