Anal Fissure help!!!I am a 24 year old female, unmarried and just finished my studies.
I have had anal pain for about 2 and a half years, and felt nealry bed-ridden in the initial stages.
I had three cuts in the anus. I took english medicines for about 8 months which did not help me but made the problem worse.
After that I switched to homeopathy and the bleeding stopped but for the three cuts to close, it took nearly 1 year. During that time, I developed gastritis and acidity and it took a long time to heal but cured completely.
Now I have been taking medicines for anal pain for about 1 and half years,
and still i have recurring pain now once in a month or once in 2 months, usually 1 week before periods or during periods. I experience pain even if the stool is loose and when there are some undigested particles or when i struggle to pass. These are times i become terribly anxious about the pain.
*My symptoms presently are- pain in the already healed anal fissure areas and pricking pain, recurring once in a month or 2 months, lasting for 4 days and happens when struggling to pass stool or when it gets hard only in the start or when there are undigested particles and then the pain subsides only if the stool is very smooth with no particles.*
other- I tend to sleep late and wake up late and have my meals late sometimes.
I get anxious and stressed very easily.
Current medicines being taken-
Ratanhia 30, Acid nit 30 and fourrts pil gel application in the morning and night everday
Foods like non-veg causes changes in the stool for me and when there is too much body heat I experience stool changes.
I have listened to doctor;s advice and have cut down spice and chilli and keeping my body cool with regular baths with application of sesame oil, intake of wheat, fruits and i drink a lot of water that i visit the bathroom a number of times a day.
I have milk twice or thrice and tea once. For a proper stool, i take lemon in warm to hot water in the early mornings.
Please help me with medicine and diet suggestions, and what must I avoid and not avoid. Thank you so much..

I visited the doctor recently and I was given a medicine starting from 'mi' (although the writing on the pill bottle is not clear)4 pills twice a day and Rectoline ointment for the pricking and pain in the closed fissure areas of anus during and after stool.
I bought Phosphorus 200 too.
Do I take both the medicines at the same time and on the same days?

I had stopped taking medicines for sometimes, and I had realized that the anal area feels sore now and then in the healed areas,
and rarely itchy and I feel good only when I apply rectoline ointment. without it, I feel sore sometimes.
If my body heat goes high, then i experience pain during periods only, but it goes away once i take oil bath.
I see to that i keep my stool free by consuming lots of water and warm water.
I had stopped non-veg intake except for eggs and follow proper diet.
Also, I am getting stressed up easily whenever I think the anal area is sore, and, nowadays, I get nervous and tensed very easily. Also, I cannot control my anger.
Temperatures are pretty high where I stay (Chennai, India-35 to 40 degrees celsius)
Sir, kindly, let me know your suggestions.
