This case is my father. He is tobbco chewer since very long time . 2 yrs back suddenly developed vomitine that time consult allopathy doctor and they says OESOPHAGEAL SPASM THEY STARTED tab rantac d ( ranitidine and domperidone). After vomitine stop but during eatine his suffer problem till now a days problem is his canot eating perfectly. During eating foot cant goods early in stomach developed hic cough. Or developed vomiting. Tab rantac d taking regular till now a days. And after that incidence 2 mth his developed giddiness and right side weakness that time mri brain done and show posterior pons inferct and started ing low molecular heparine. With ecosprin. Homochek. And that time first time notice hypertension. And start both hypertensive medicine. All medicine take regular till now. Investigation in shows carotid artery doppler normal. 2d echo in LVEF 55 %. No clots. Aortic hypertrophy and mild regurtitation seen. HOMOSISTIN high. And than started ARNICA 6 TID FOR 1 mth. After his developed brocho spasm and started cretegeus mother tincture 20 drops with half cup of water tid. And ( MY FATHER NATURE IS VERY ANGER. During working time very hard workar. Very emotional. Whole life always help full to other. Always anxious about family. ) and after taking allopathy medicine weight gain. now still oesophagus during eation and chest spasm during walking present so whiche medicine suggest sir.
