Need help with psoriasis - 12+ years

I have had a skin condition, for over a decade. The doctor prescribed elocom lotion (mometasone furoate).

I'm sure it is psoriasis.

The lotion only works temporarily. I need to get rid of this skin condition permanently.

Unfortunately, I don't have any access to homeopathic doctors, so I need the help here to get to the right remedy.
