thanks for reply Dr. Showrav. i do not live in Bangladesh. i live in Pakistan and opening separate thread as advise. i am repeating my first question just to give you reference and will go further from there.

i have bought Sebal Serrulatum Q and nuphar luteum Q as suggested.
also i dont know why but saw Baryta Carb 30 and have bought as well, sorry.

please advise what to do now.

Take Sebal at morning and evening and Nufer at noon and night 30 min before meal 10 drops individually with a cup of water for 15 days. Report me after then.

The problem was Erectile dysfunction at severe state for u at that time. So do u think ur that problem is ok now? or u are telling that erection has not improved also at all?

sorry doctor may be i was unable to explain correctly first time. i am writing again below what i think best to explain my situation again.

1/ When ever try to prepare or even thinking of going into mating.
a/ liquid start coming out
b/ if do not start mating immediatly, Penis start going down and then impossible to get up again.

2/ And if start immediatly, it will lost not longer than 15-20 seconds.
a/ no chance of 2nd intercorse even have not done for months.
b/ erection is not strong like used to be 3/4 years ago.

i have used medicine you advised but did not improve any thing above mentioned.
