All people have different reactions and it is allergic to different substances. Precisely what are some natural strategy for allergies?
My question is how do I take care of environmentally friendly or seasonal allergies? I understand that such things as mold, pollen, and dust could be triggers. It seems to me that these are harder to prevent because i are able to keep my home clean and use an air cleaner, but I am unable to control these allergens outside and anywhere else i go. Much like me away from my house a lot more than I will be inside it, this may seem like whether it's a problem. I have struggled with seasonal allergies like a kid plus had asthma. The classic symptoms for example runny nose, itchy throat, come a few times a year and constantly disappear after a couple of era of clariton. I'm wondering what are the best lasting treatment is to help with tics and overall health? Allergy shots? Regular anti-histamine use? Daily Quercetin? Thanks upfront!christinehoward on 2013-01-22

Allergies happen due to immune system out of balance. Most of the
airborne ones are the immune system responding to pollen as
a threat to the system, an overreaction.
Homeopathy cured my allergies, it took a year of a few remedies to
boost me back up. You have to give your case on here and someone will
help with this or you can go see a local homeopath. If you had asthma as
a child be sure that is in there- and if you have it now.
In the meantime, get a nasal salt spray- Never medicated, just simple salt-
they have them now like Ocean premium with a clear gel for inside nose-
this blocks the cycle of allergens, inflammation, mucous, infection from
starting, so you are less drained and don't need claritin or any of that.
It is always good to up the vitamin C and good to do the Quercitin bc that
helps boost your system up. I also like Wellness formula- at the health stores,
it is full of herbs and vitamins, been around 20 years and my family only
takes it when starting to get sick- it clears things out rapidly.
