Premature Ejaculation

I am 36 Years old Male, well build, 5 ft 8 inch, 70 kg, having balanced diet (non veg – fish) married for last 1 years. I used to masturbate from age of 15 to till marriage, but not frequently, used to do only when it was necessary to release the heat to concentrate on my studies. I smoke and drink alcohol. I do not have major disease and not taking medication continuously.

I have premature ejaculation problem from the day one of our marriage. After I insert it into the vagina it takes only 2-3 strokes to ejaculate. My penis is too sensitive, even if my wife strokes with her hand it ejaculates after 2 -3 strokes. There is no erection problem; rather it becomes very hard at erected condition. During foreplay normally I become very eager to penetrate it into the vagina knowing that it will ejaculate soon! We are managing some how with this problem mainly restraining myself - like I just insert it but do not make any stroke for some time and then when it cools down a little just stroke 1 or 2 and the put a hold once again. This does not satisfy me and my wife. We want to have continuous strokes for several minutes to enjoy sex life. If I use long last condoms (with benzocaine chemical) it improves a bit, but afraid of having side effect.

I have gone through few threads in this forum and gained confidence that my problem will be solved by homeopathy medicine. I have explained my problem above. Please advice me the medicine / remedies.
