Migraine with Digestive Costriction.

I sometimes have migraine type headaches (usually half of either side) which usually start from behind and above the eyes. Then I have a contraction feeling in my GIT and can have burping of something eaten many hours ago. This headache does not go away even with medication unless GIT relaxes and movement is restored. During headache eyes are difficult to open and vision gets a bit blur and cant bear strong light. Many times this starts after urination that is unsatisfying giving a feeling of some liquid dropping down inside though nothing comes out.Usually paracetamol with caffeine along with light strolling or relaxing help.I have a very dull feeling right before and during headache but when it goes away I usually feel very active and good. I have an inactive life style. Please suggest some remedy with instructions for usage.
