Health Anxiety Please Help

I am looking for a natural remedy for my horrible health anxiety.
I am 25yrs old, 110 lbs 5'2. I am married with a baby that we are in the process of adopting.
I started having health anxiety after a death in the family in October 2012.
Since then I have been worried I have lymphoma, leukemia, MS, brain tumor, and now I am scared I have melanoma.
I have started going gluten free 1.5 wks ago- I have GERD, possible hiatal hernia, and inflammation of my rib cartilage. I am not able to go to sleep till late at night and wake in a panic. I am a very cold person-constantly wearing layers and have a habit of getting very controlling with people around me when I am anxious.
I am scarred that I will die and not see my baby grow up. I can't enjoy my normal activities and have become lazy . I was prescribed Xanax in November and got off Xanax the beginning of January. I want a natural remedy. Please help me. Thank you

1st dose

2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.

I wanted to let you know that today my digestive system was sooooo much better. I had been dealing with a GERD cough and it is gone tonight!!! I am so happy about that! The anxiety though is not very good.... I will let you know that I have all the signs of adrenal fatigue. So I didn't know if you needed to know that. Do I just need to give it time for the anxiety to get better?
