Health Anxiety

Doctors, I need assistance with my growing health anxiety. A couple of years back I had gone through worst anxiety,panic attacks and depression. However I recovered but not fully. These days, I have started feeling unwell again. I got all my tests cleared and even checked by a cardiologist the last time when I fell ill psychology.

I am 29 years old male. Unmarried and don't consume alcohol.

Symptoms

Health anxiety, sometimes I feel my stomach is shaking and I start feeling worried. In most cases it's about heart and blood pressure. Sometimes oral can cer. I work in shifts of days and nights. I feel better at home but the situation starts worsening when I leave for work. At work I start the day with too many negative thoughts like I will be sent back by an emergency car soon. Sometimes, I feel that am going to do a mistake that will end my job. These days it often starts with a tightness in the stomach region. My stomach is working fine and I pass stool once per twenty four hours. I am not getting panic attacks this time but the situation turns too fearful sometimes. In short am not peaceful. However, my sleep quality is excellent and I can sleep for 7 to 8 hours continuously. Some times fears come about prostate canc er as well. It's hypochondria for sure. The symptoms keeps changing. But most of the times my fears are related to cardiac fitness.
