Please help - major acid reflux

Hi, first post. I have suffered from acid reflux for about 7 years but it has been very bad for the last year. I have what feels like large lump (maybe mucus) in my throat and i can not swallow solid foods, very sour acidic taste in my mouth, gurgling in my stomach, bumps on the roof of my mouth at the back, extreme pain that comes and goes rib area, very bad mucus problems although i can not clear that like i used to, very lethargic feeling. I am currently taking 40mg morning and 40mg of omeprazole (not helping) , was taking lansoprazole 6 months ago and took that for about 5 years, i am also on an inhaler as i have had a lot of chest issues over the last 2 years.
Sorry for rambling but i am desperate for help. Thanks for any time given it is very much appreciated.
Scott.
