gas problem from since long time

im 48 yrs old married woman.
mujhe 3, 4 yrs se gas ka bht problem hai.
khana khane ke baad aksar pait main gas ho
jati hai. aur pait phool jata hai. aur gas
kabhe demaagh par charh jaate hai. aur bht
ghussa ata hai. aksar kuch na kuch khane se
gas ho jate hai aur ajeeb se tbiat hote hai.
aur jb tak gas release na ho tbiat theek nahn
hote. bp kar problem bhe rehta hai. kabhe kabhe
bp down aur up donon ka bht high ho jata hai.
aur english medicine lene se theek hota hai.
aaj kal bp ke english medicine le rahe hoon.
gas ke lie saunf, ya hazme ke phaki aur englsih
medicine lene se theek hota hai. gas ka bht
problem hai plz mjhe koe achee se dwae btain.
plz dr. mahfooz can u help me?
