Sexual DisorderRespected Doctor
I am a 19 year boy from West Bengal, India. When I was 13, while browsing through my brother's laptop, I came across a porn clip, and that was the first time I witnessed coitus. I became fascinated towards it and thus began my act of regular watching of porn. Naturally in some time, I learnt masturbation. And it always felt good. Those days I did it almost 4 times a week. When I was 15, my parents sent me to a hostel in Rajasthan, against my wishes. Anger over this, frustration for being so far away from my family, no real friends and a sudden and unexplained academic underperformance, led me to become depressed and melancholy. At that stage, watching porn and doing masturbation became my only all time companion. It became an everyday habit. And whenever I would get a holiday at school, I would start planning wild night, and that would mean hot porn and 2 to 3 times masturbation in a single night. But now I have controlled that urge and brought it down to 2-3 times a week or even less. But I thing some damage has already been done. A few things about me:
Waist- 36' (I am a little obese)
Weight- 85 Kgs
Medication History- No history. This is first time I am sharing my problem with someone.
Food- I enjoy everything. Hate things that are too sweet
Physical Activity- Next to none.
Family History- Nothing serious. Only my grandfather suffers from 30% coronary blockage.
Behaviour- Moody, Lose temper easily.
Misc- I sweat excessively, and its on my face, chest and trunk. So I drink a lot of water to make up for it.
Last Medication- Consulted a homeopathic expert of our town about 3 years ago. Nothing since.
Disorders I have face:
1) Premature Ejaculation: Had sex with my girlfriend a month back, and ejaculated in only 5 mins. Led to an embarrassing situation.
2) Sperm Count: Though I have never done a sperm count check, but I feel there's some problem. My ejaculation is very thin. Its not that thick and gooey as it should be. It comes in huge spurts with great speed.
(P.S. When I do masturbate nowadays, I do it for more than 2 hours or so before I climax. In it I stop masturbation whenever I feel like I am going to come, and then carry on after the urge reduces. In this way I carry on for hours.)
3)Penis Length and Girth: Due to habitual and constant masturbation, I think my penis has not developed adequately. Its total length is 3' only when fully erect, and the circumference is also almost the same. I would like to enlarge my penis by atleast 2'.
4)Nightfall: I suffer from nightfall too. Also I get an erection during sleep. While passing stool, whenever I apply pressure to clear my bowels, I feel a little sensation in my penis and a colourless, sticky fluid comes out of penis.
5)Testicular development: My testicles are smaller than normal and I can say this because I have seen many real homemade videos and seeing them I felt my testicles are underdeveloped. I am specially worried if it would affect my later life when I would get married and plan a child.
6) Also I feel lethargic, though I am not sure if this is related to above disorders.
Other general disorders I face are acne problems and short-sightedness.
I have read that body growth of any type stops when one reaches 21 yrs of age. So I want to correct myself before it becomes irreversible.
Hope my problem would be considered for reply. My request is to suggest medications for above-listed disorders that have no or minimum side-effects, have long lasting effects and are easily available everywhere, since I am from a small town.
Thank You Dr. Mahfooz
