I guess I jumped into conclusions too soon because right after I sent you the report, I started to feel bloated and bloated, and the plug within my stomach harder and harder, with severe and repetitive gas.

I have the feelings of double for such a long time. That's why I was mentioning Anac. Orien., since right after I take it, not only it calms me down, but it also helps me a lot clearing up my voice and vision sight, quite of bit.

In 2001 I took Anac. Orien. 10M in water, (hitting it repeatedly) couple of times a day for several days. My face would turn red like a tomato. It was out of desperation to find some relief... (Out of my 'compulsiveness' I guess).

(As I'm writing this, my stomach still gurgles like crazy, ha!ha!).

Please let me know if I can keep taking Avena Sat. maybe every other day or so while we're waiting.

One more thing: The symptoms of my head have aggravated 10 months ago, when I had the nervous breakdown I've mention before, after a break up with an ex girlfriend even Ignatia with a couple of Bach flowers had helped back then, I still have the sequels of VERY bad memory when it used to be pretty good.

Maybe because I used to take Phos. Acid. 1m or higher and started taking it in 30c doses?

the problem taking higher potencies started with an unicst homeopath from the old school that one remedy in high potencies cures it all....

What I wanted to report is that when I attempt the impossible task of trying to breath with my lower abdomen to somehow try to ease the constriction, a sharp pain instantly shoots down in my intestines, along with another pain onto the numbed area I have around T-6, among small explosions than become repeated gas, over and over, allowing the constriction to be a bit less but of course, it's still very much present.

Please allow few days before prescribing any following remedy, because Nux has brought some calmness (after major anger right after taking it) and it has also reached the constriction area as in 'opening' it a bit...

Can't tell at this point is this will have lasting positive outcome or if it's just the same feeling with past remedies, vitamins, etc, that I feel touching in there, but constriction comes back even stronger afterwards...
But some reason, I feel this time is different.

The weakness stopped couple few days after I reported you about it.
What I'd like to mention is some sort of small-burn like, or better put, small 'irritation' that runs from my urethra through my rectum area, at the attempt of an erection which it feels connected to this damn plug I have.
Seminal fluids are very liquid and almost transparent, instead of the regular thick, and white consistency it needs to have.

It is hard to tell because I see common symptoms (Clarke Materia Medica) and not so common as well but I'm willing to try anything in order to get better. I didn't see anything about the plug or constriction in the belly, for instance. On the other hand, when I took Bufo Rana awhile ago, erections came at the very moment of taking it.
Couple things I wanted to ask is that the mind-forgetfulness is more from 'names' of people and things which is more from Phosphorus (or Phos.Acid) but in my case it agrees more with Phos. because of facial features, etc.

Phos. is a remedy that I used (1M) and abused throughout the years and I wonder if the remedy was the one that brought the constriction?

The weakness I was referring to that ay, was physical, but the one that I still very much have is 'mentally and emotionally'. I can't tell if they're the mentals from the effects of the habit (mast.), or if it's from Baryt. Carb or Pulsat.

I've also noticed that I respond very well to Kali Phos. when I tried (30c) couple doses many years ago, as well as Aloe, etc, which it leads me to think that the list of remedies listed on this forum for the effects of mast. were making sense.

No worries, I won't try any remedies without asking you first.

This weakness in may case is centered on the genitals per say, since I feel less than a man, (again that's that weakness I'm talking about, that makes me isolate, etc).

tendonitis on right ankle remains with a swelling on the actual ligament, that's why I was asking you if I could rub some Arnica cream on it to help bring the swelling down.

I took Puls.(30c, 3 x day)) probably 6 years ago for couple of weeks and the benefits were to avoid fear I feel (in my stomach). I tried only once couple years ago also, and noticed that it helped the constriction inside the belly, instantly.

My issues are mainly two: Intestines and the debilitating effects of the habit.
I can't stress enough to focus in the intestines and the connection I feel they have with my legs. The reason I'm saying this, is because every time I do an enema, I feel how the energy moves from knees down, sheens, calves, etc, pushing down my feet.

Again, right after a coffee enema my intestines feel much better but when I eat, the problem starts once again. Somehow, the intake of food causes my intestines to suffer and what it also helps, is to put an ice pad on my liver side, and instantly I start to feel not relief as some sort of swelling going down per say, but I also feel my mind getting calmer, less bombarded with millions of unwanted thoughts, as if you get the tuner from a radio set, and turn it right and left without stoping.

Please don't think I came up with the enemas on my own, I've learned from Dr. Max Gerson (1945), Gerson's therapy.

Another noticeable issue is that when the loss of seminal fluids, I feel as an echo or 'emptiness' in my left ear at EVERY step when I walk, which in the past, Anac. Orient. has helped quite a lot on that.
