spinal stenosis

Disease: spinal stenosis

I am 42 year old, house wife, housing 04 kids, suffering from above stated disease since 2003. No surgery. Clinical diagnosis and disease history is as under please:

I was feeling sever back pain and also in right leg. Doctor advised me MRI - Lumbar Spine.

MRI-Conclusion / findings is : Moderate spinal stenosis is noted at L4-5 is due to posterior disc herniation. Dated: June 02, 2008.

Disc dehydration is noted at L4-5 level. Posterior disc is seen at L4-5 level causing compression of thecal sac, encroachment of left exit foramen and impingement of left exit nerve root, effacement of right exit foramen and nerve root. Disc bulge is seen at L5-S1 level. However, no significant spinal stenosis and nerve root compression is seen.

Bony spine is normal and no fracture, listhesis or marrow abnormality is noted.

Symptoms:

Some time sever back pain, stiffness of right leg till feet sevear at mornig time after awakeup, sleeping of hands and feets, stiffness and mild swalleing of hands, pain in ribs. mild cough coming with sputum. No Blood suger, No. Blood pressure, No surgery, accidental history, fallen from steps,


I used allopathic treatment for long time but all pain killers provide temporary relief damaging stomach with number of side effects. I had physiotherapy also in 2008.
