Spinal Stenosis
Hello, my son was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis. He is only 23 and the suspicion is that he has had it since birth. He fell over the winter and hit his back. This is how they discovered it. What can he do? Also he has constant lower back pain. Can you suggest what he can take or do to live without the pain at such a young age?Merisel81 on 2019-08-13

HOW TO TAKE THE REMEDY:
Please take three doses. Just three doses. Not daily.
WHAT IS A DOSE:
Get the remedy in liquid:
Put five drop of the remedy in 15 ml of mineral water, hit the bottle atleast 6 time (shaking the bottle is not enough) and keep it for 5 minutes. Take 5 ML from it. That’s one dose.
for second and third dose:
Hit the bottle atleast 6 time and keep it for 5 minutes. Take 5 ML from it.
TIME OF DOSE:
First dose: Early morning as soon as he gets up, wash his mouth with plain water (don't brush), take the remedy.
Second dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.
Third dose: 12 hrs after the second dose.
PRECAUTIONS:
If there is significant worsening of symptoms (called homeopathic aggravation) after the first dose, then don’t take the second dose.
Don’t take any other homeopathic remedy during this treatment.
During the treatment, don’t eat anything which you have never had all your life.
HOMEOPATHIC AGGRAVATION
Sometimes the symptoms for which treatment is being done can worsen after taking the homeopathic remedy. This is homeopathic aggravation and a good sign. It usually dies down within 24-48 hrs. During this time you can use any non-medicinal means to keep yourself comfortable. HOW TO GIVE FEEDBACK:
A good example of how to report your progress is by giving %age improvement or worsening for all your health problems e.g.

Thank you . We ordered the liquid remedy and when it arrives we will closely follow your instructions. As I read your instructions I need one point clarified: I will put 15 ml of mineral water into a bottle, I will then add 5 ml of Lachesis 200C. I will hit it at least 6 times, allow to sit for 5 minutes before my son takes it. That is clear, however for the second and third doses am I using the same mixture or do I make a new mixture each time?

There is one correction, you have to add 5 drops (not ML) of Lachesis.
yes, you can use the same mixture for second and third doses. Just hit the bottle and use it.
yes, you may use distilled water but don't boil in aluminium or plastic pot.

Hello, my son saw a different doctor that read his X-rays and said the following
Summary: Lumbar pain or muscle spasm. Bilateral spondylolsis and grade 1 spondylolsis of L5, L5-S1 disc and degenerative changes in the lower lumbar spophyseal joints
Should he stay with the remedy you recommended?

Day 9. Woke up feeling better today in the lower back. Night before I ate curried chickpeas in a deep fried dough
Day 10. Woke up with low back pain. Night before I ate chicken potatoes and peas
Day 11. Woke up with shoulder pain and bad neck pain? Bad sleep? Ate chicken with vegetables and potatoes
Day 12. Woke up with intense back pain ate shrimp with rice and vegetables the night before.
Day 13. Woke up very bad back pain ate chicken with potatoes and vegetables. Energy low and not in a good mood

I misunderstood what my son had in the information provided. He said his anxiety, stress and impatience levels are fine. His concern is his lower back pain, close to his spine and extends out about one and a half inches to each side of his spine. He can’t lay down or sit for too long as the pain increases. When he wakes in the morning the pain can be worse if he tossed and turned during is sleep. If he had a good sleep then the pain is as it is regularly.
He is about 6 ft tall and quit thin, he weighs about 103 to 135 lbs. He gets upset easily if he thinks someone is speaking harshly to him or challenging him

He tried Arnica 30C and 200C and not getting much relief. Should he move up to a higher potency?
