I had a terrible migraine on Sunday evening into Monday. I took a dose of belladonna but it did not help much. Then I had to take Advil (pain killer).
As for the stiffness, I don't feel much stiffness except for some still in my left neck and left hip.
Please recommend.

I had slight headache during the day due to heat, but later in the evening I had an argument with my husband. After the argument my neck got stiff and it started a migraine.
I feel that for the last few years I cannot handle minor stress and it triggers a migraine.

Also, this morning I again woke up with a stiff neck, pain in the forehead and stretching pain on the left side of my body all the way to my toes. My neck specifically hurts when I look down. Do you think I need another dose of Rhus Tox ?
I don't have any stress going on at this time, life is back to normal.

I took Phosphorus last night. My throat is still scratchy, I was also very stuffy last night and I have fever and getting chills since yesterday. I feel totally worn out with no energy left.
My head feels heavy and my face hurts ( I guess the sinus points).
Please recommend.

I took aconite 30 minutes ago. It felt that my nose membranes started to open up a bit, but now I again feel the pressure around my right nostril.
My throat is still scratchy and I feel a need to cough every 2-3 minutes.

The mucous is white to yellowish and very thick.
I am still getting chills on and off.
I woke up with a heavy head all around my forehead and my neck feels very stiff too.
My cough has changed to a more consistent loud cough and I am brining out mucous with my cough. I feel like a lump stuck in my throat.
My whole body feels very low in energy and I have body aches all over.
Let me know if you have more questions.

Is the mucous making a rope or threads, kind of? Otherwise, what is its structure
Do you have fever?
Pain at the root of nose, specifically, along with forehead?

As for the mucous, it was rope like and sometimes watery yesterday. Today, it is more like thick mucousy lumps.
I do have low grade fever around 100.
I do not have any pain around nose other than pressure.
I have more difficulty breathing while lying down and do I have been breathing from my mouth instead of nose.
We are not traveling to India, but going to Canada. I live here in US.

Take Kali Bich 200, same way as before.
And repeat it only, if the first dose gives you relief, within 15 minutes if i may add. Else something else needs to be taken

You can take Kali Bich 30
Repeat a few times only if first dose gives benefit.
After 1st dose works, repeat thrice a day for 3 days.

I was asking about India so that you could pick up German remedies including Antim Crud. It's all so easy in India to get all potencies off the shelf while in US, higher potencies have to be ordered from UK or you need a prescription.

I took a dose of Kali bich. This definitely helped me with stuffiness and coughing. But my head is still heavy and by body very sore and I still have low temperature.
Is there sometime else that I should take for body aches?

Ok, repeat Kali Bich 30 as suggested before.
Take Calc Phos 6X 6 doses in a day. What's a dose depends on pellet size. Take it dry.

My stuffiness feels much better.
