Gynecomastia problem

I am suffering from gynecomastia for 8 years. I am 21 years old,height 184 cm(6 feet 1 inch),weight 75-80 kgs,waist 35-36 inches. I have tried exercises for reducing chest fat for 1year but they haven't reduced a bit.i have a smart body except for my 'MAN BOOBS'

Their story,as far as i remember,is that in my childhood i was very feeble and weak,i didn't eat much.my mother took me to a homeopath when i was 9 years for increasing my appetite.the result of the medicne was that i got REAL FAT within 2 months,like some air was filled in me.my waist increased to 38-40... But when i was of 14 years i controlled my waist and weight and reduced it to as described in first paragraph...but my chest is like boobs on the outside,due to gym my chest muscles have developed a bit but the fat above them is still there...please help me.i can send you pictures if you want detailed analyses
