Pain in right hip

my wife is suffering from sewer pain in right hip, she like to be in one posture when sitting, and pain aggravates whenever she changes posture. It is almost spotted at a mid point on right buttock. Pain is also aggravating while pressing by finger.

She is also suffering from cervical spondlysis, pain in heels like spur

Also, there is eruption like erysiplas, raised, red, hot, senstive to touch, between legs,

she is 46 and at start of menopause.

presently I am giving her
Arnica 200 1st day
Rhus tox 200 2nd day
Cal Carb 200 3rd day and so on
thrice a day.

I just started today
Silicia 6x for eruptions

kindly guide me for treatment n medicine

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
There is no need to repeat Calc Carb 200. It is better to wait for 2-3 days at least and see how she responds to the remedies already taken.

Please try Kali Carb-30and Cimicifuga-30 (five drops each thrice a day)hopefully it will cover her all problems.
