Leucodermain leucoderma we can use ACID Nitric 200 and 1m potency or sepia 3x to 10m according to symptoms.but syph 200 or 1m one dose is necessary in every 15th day when patient is under syphilitic miasm with white patch in lips,genital organ or patch in bony area.if there history of sycotic miasm then we can use medor 200 or 1m with history of vaccination and patch in muscular area.in child and women with history of tuberculosis there ars_iod 3 is the remedy.
who is suffering from ringworm or asthma or tb, bacil 1m is the suitable remedy for him.you can use also natrum mur 6x(bio)when itching in patch.
apart that cupram acetate 6 and cantharis 6 is necessary for leucoderma or vitiligo.both are able to make pigment.cupram is the main ingredient of melanin pigment.
marc_sol 30,ars_sulph_flavum 30 also good remedy for leucoderma.
remedy for external use are piper methysticum Q and oil bouchi.
apart from this remedy we can use mezer 200,thuja 200,syphilinum 10m and comocladia 200 also give good result in practice.
