Dear Dr. Mohla,

I have no idea how to make wet dose of Arnica 30.

Please advise.

Hi Venus,
I think the explanation did not show up.

You order the Arnica 30c in the liquid. Then take a 500ml
bottle of spring water, pour out a little of it. Put in
2 drops of the Arnica liquid. A cap is one dose.

Shake the bottle 6x for every dose , after you take the
first one.

You can keep the bottle in the fridge, and it will last
a long time- you should label it so others do not
drink it- but if they do by mistake it won't hurt them.

Dear Dr. Mohla ,

My wife took Cal Carb 200 doses as advised and also took care of her diet. Her weight goes down and comes back to the same by 1 kg. I mean it is fluctuating. Please let me know the further course of treatment.
