pilonidal cyst

I am 18 years old and 6 months. I have pilonidal cysts. I had it for 1 and half years. They are tiny wounds but very persistent. I have three very tiny dot scars that would form pus and blood from time to time. It doesn't hurt but there is puss and blood. These are so hard to get rid of . If only I could stop the formation of pus and blood ? I read in one of your forum about using Berberis Vulgaris Q would stop its formation. What should I do? And also when puss or blood is forming; the skin around the cyst is somewhat hard..like a lump..

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Please take three doses of Mercurius Sol 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Sorry for thw late reply. I kind of feel progress but how do I get rid of tis lump ?
The lump hardens every 2-3 days and there is discharge of blood and pus and the some of them is clotted blood which looks soft solid. So is it healing and how do I get rid of this lump ?

Please take Myristica 200 in the evening daily for 10 days and report back. Instructions on dosing and other things remain same.

I sorry for the inconvenience. I should get myristica in about 2-3 days since I had to order it online. I now have a small boil and when I sit it hurts a little. Its hard for me to discharge pus and blood and the skin is somewhat hard. What should I do about the boil ? I cannot pop it . So would myristica help the boil too ?

I have been taking myristika for 2 days . The boil from sinus tract has white pus but I haven't popped them as it hurts way too much and the infection might spread . So im taking myristica and cleaning would with calendula cream ? So I so anything about the boil ? The boil used to hurt while sittiing but now it doesn't hurt. Should I take any other medicine for the boil ?

Current condition:

Pus is somewhat reduced. But from the hole there is a boil but I think the medicine will work. But one boil might have popped with extra skin ? What should I do ? . If I have your permission, I will send the picture of that boil and skin

Don't panic. Just continue with the treatment. Observe restrictions on food that you can't stand.

I'm on 8th day of myristica..little puss in the morning..no blood but the excess skin is still there..but its not that big and stopped hurting...I had green stool the other day..I'm on restricted diet...lots of vitamin c ..oatmeal..do I need to do any additional thing for the infection to not spread ??..I'm worried that I might get sepsis from this excess skin ?

On 11th day you should take a single dose of Alumina 200.

From 13th day onward you should take Myristica 200 on alternate days i.e. once in 2 days. This should be continued up to 25th day.

I am taking myristica. The excess skin flares during bowl movement , especially during morning and is unnoticeable at daytime. Very little pus. How do I get rid of this skin without surgery ?
