Sinusitis

Hi , I am 28 year old male. I have intense pain on the sides of eyes. If I touch it on the head and press it I can feel the pain.It is more on left side. Opening eyes are also hurting. I have blocked nose on the right side mostly but not mucus discharge and I am not sneezing also. It all started 2 days back. What will be the best remedy for this. Right now I am trying some Belladonna 30c
