low semen volume

AOA, my name is abid. Mari shahdi ko 16 months hua hai sir n mari aulad nai ho saki abi tak. Last week main semen annlsiss k laey gya ta but sampling nai da saka due to less volume. Ius k bad main uralogist ko physical checkup b karwaya hai he said i am normal. Please help my volume is much low. N my ejaculation.b normal hoti hai but volume both.kum hota hai
