I am 28years old. I have been having problem with my weight since a child. I am currently at 76kg, with 156cm. Though, I have tried with workouts, diets remedies (pills, medication) nothing works. Right now, I am eating more healthy and does bikram yoga on a very reqular basis.
Yet, in Dubai I gained weight but somehow loss in dress sizes.
My daily meals:-
Breakfast: 2 eggs & toast+ tea
Snack: apple or yogurt
Lunch: Sandwich roll (with turkey breast as filling with iceberg letture)
Dinner: steam fish fillet / tuna / salmon with tomatoes and cucumbers
Occsionally, with fast food (not much) but have sweet tooth.
I try to eat small portion with snack every 2 hrs. I drank about 3liters of water a day cause i work out

Have you ever checked your thyroid?
Do you know what blood type you have?
Can you tell me a little about yourself, your mood and your overall health?

Nothing on thyroid. My blood type s O.
I am naturally a bubbly person and happy go lucky. But work stresses me out very quickly and am very quick tempered. I dont' keep things to heart and often mad I will let it know, sad I will cry it out
Overall health is okay, nothing major that need to be watch out. Last medical blood test are all normal
