abdominal adhesions

I have had 3 adhesion surgeries in 2010, and 2 open adhesions surgeries this year. still healing.

Any suggestions on what I can do exercises for adhesions or a diet that helps. I am on enemas to prevent constipation since they seem to kink my bowels at times or attach to my abdominal wall.

any help would be great
