She got cold slowly & stuffed not running. 1st day she is hot, red, dull, so gave bell twice. Her heat gone but still has cold without sneezing, eyes swollen, whole night restless & waking up. In abc self cure it came as ars.alb. so gave 6x twice but no improvement. so can anyone suggest a better remedy please?

according to the symptoms,
the best matching remedy is
"SEPIA" it should be given in 30 c,5 drops in little water,
this remedy will also diminish the tendency to catch cold,
also give her a dose of "sulph" 30 before breakfast i time during the use of sepia.
best of luck

I suggest Natrum Mur 30C.
Buy Natrum Mur,1 drachm tincture(liquid medicine). Put 1 drop in 1 ounce of distilled water/non-medicinal spring water(boiled)/rain water(collected after it has rained for a few minutes)/drinking water(boiled) and shake it vigorously at least 10 times. Out of this, use 1 tea-spoonful as a dose.
Take next dose when the improvement from the previous dose starts wearing off. Shake,as before, every time, just before taking the next dose.
Do not put strong smelling things(including tooth paste) in the mouth at least 1 hour before and after taking the medicine.
