Hirsutism and acne problems, please help

Dear doctors, please please help me. I am really frustrated and desperate. I’m a girl of 25 years, european, currently studying on my master degree. I have a very light pale skin with some sunspots, freckles and dark brown hair, I have a very good appetite and I have no problems with weight. Even if I never ever had problems with weight and never lost or gain weight in a short period of time I have stretch marks on my hips. I usually have cold limbs and I start to feel cold easily. I would say I’m really shy, I have problems speaking in front of a group of people and I start sweating and my heart beats intense if I have to speak in public or if I have to do something important or if I know others are waiting for me to do something and so on. I have problems of concentration, it is difficult for me to concentrate attention to one thing and to do that, for example to study, even though I have always been a very good student. I start becoming apathetic, I feel a need to sleep a lot. I can fell asleep in few seconds just as fast as I lie down to my bed even though I do not feel tired. My scalp is always greasy, but my hair no.
I’m praying to find someone who could help me with my hirsutism, acne and stretch marks. I’ll try to tell you a little bit more about me. At the age of 5 or 6 years I took a lung-disease, I think it’s called pneumonia after that I had a complication with a strong asthma crisis for the first time, so I was brought to the hospital. I don’t really remember what they gave me there I just know I spend all night there with medicine treatment. After that I continued being cured with penicillin injections at home (now when I sit down I have some holes in my right muscle of my bum which I suppose could be caused by the injections, and my right leg often asleep when I am sitting, causing me uncomfortable pain getting up ). I didn’t ever had any other big asthma crisis like that, but when I got cold I usually used to have some asthma symptoms like difficulties in breathing or whisling. So my doctor gave me “ventolin” spray, to use when I had problems in breathing and “flixotide discus”, to use all the time twice a day, which I used until I was 22 years.
I don't use these for the last 3 years and I feel ok, I don't have any asthma symptoms.
I cant claim it for sure, but reading a lot of literature I came to a conclusion that “flixotide discus“ could have caused most of my problems, as it is a corticosteroid medicine, but of course I am not sure.
So at the age of 12-13 years I have noticed the first signs of hirsutism (thick and black hair growing at my breasts nipples aerea). After few more years, I noticed unusual extra hair line going under my belly bottom, after some more years I noticed some hair at my upper lip, then on my lower back (only on the right side of my lower back, left side is normal) and finally on my chin too. I also have longer and pigmented hair on my arms and my cheeks, and of course on my legs, and my bikini-line gives me a lot of problems as there are many many hair and they are growing very fast. I also have acne problems, which is leaving scarves on my face, principally on my chin area and my jaw line and my neck (especially during the summer). I have acne on my back too. It get worse every time before my menstruation, which is quite regular even if it varies sometimes from 26-30 days, my first day of menstruations is quite always pretty bad with some aches that passes within the first day. I also get very irritated some days before my menstruation and I get crying very easily in those days.

I took a test to see my hormone values and it’s ok. Doctors said that the only way to get rid of the hirsutism and acne is taking a birth control pill, probably Diane, but I don’t want to take all that hormones risking not to resolve my problem.

I used silicea 30CH for some time as one homeopathy doctor have recommended me it, and I have to say I saw some extra hair falling out on my arms, but maybe it was just a coincidence, I don’t really know. While using silicea I also had my menstruation regular like e clock, all 3 months while using it my menstruation cycle was 28 days, it even came at the same hour in those months. And I had no belly-aches on the first day of menstruation while using silicea. I also tried using thuja and some other homeopathic medicines combination, I only felt less acne coming for a brief period, but my hirsutism remained the same and after some more time my acne came back too.
I tried using saw palmetto (also known as serenoa repens) as supplement to my diet and I have to say that I saw some changes on the hair on my chin, it started to grow a little bit slower, but I also started to suffer from ingrowing hair and I had to get them out with the needle... Now I have scars on my chin due to this issue.

I am also allergic to dust mate, I sometimes get my right eye irritated and it gets very red if I read a lot or if I work with my pc a lot. At 2009 I made a test for HPV virus and it was positive even if I don’t have a visible genital warts, I had some problems with PAP test which I have resolved taking medicine.

I know I am asking a lot, and I give my apologies for this long letter, but I don’t know what to do any more and this is my last hope. I have my social life getting worse and worse, I don’t like when someone touches me, I don’t like to go out any more. I just want to stay at home alone. Sometimes I don't respond to my friends when they write me asking me how is everything going. I feel bad about it, but I am just afraid they will ask me to go out and I usually don't want to. I’m afraid in getting in contact with boys. I often feel sad and angry and I hate that. I’m trying to resolve this problem but till now I didn’t found anyone who could help me, just a lot of promises and no relief. Could you please try to help me? Can homeopathy really cure hirsutism?
