Help with oily skin/acne/pcos/hirsutism

Hi,

So I'm currently suffering from excessively oily skin on my chest, back, face and trunk areas. I get inflamed pimples, but mostly blackheads and non-inflamed cysts everywhere- even on my forearms. It scars quite dark so I'm very self conscious about these breakouts.

I'm quite sure I have a hormone imbalance as I have excessive body hair growth, irregular periods with lots of vaginal, uterine and rectal cramping and sore breasts, vaginal dryness, vaginismus, etc. Struggle with diarrhea when my period does come quite consistently.

I eat a very healthy diet with no gluten or wheat currently and greens every meal, but I also struggle with cravings for cheese, although I still consume little of it, and sugary foods. I eat very little meat. Mostly tuna or chicken when I do, no red meat.

I'm still 15-20 lbs above my ideal weight despite my healthy diet. My stomach tends to get very "hot" or avidic feelings when i eat somsthing that doesnt agree with ne. I struggle with sleeping (I have sleep apnea) and have many vivid nightmares. I also struggle with fatigue.

Personality wise, I am very self conscious and anxious. I put forth effort to blend in socially and I often do, but I am still awkward. I feel very intellectually and creatively inclined but I struggle to express myself. I feel very boxed in. Emotions are very up and down day to day. A bit of a hypocondriac/prone to stress. One herb that helped my anxiety was ashwaghanda but it made little difference elsewhere.

I am 23 years old woman so all these issues piling up has been frustrating. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thyroidinum 200c once a day for 3 days

Arsenicum 30c and Hepar 30c twice a day for 7 days
