Dear Dr.Zady,
I am having nose block since four days and there was thick mucus with yellow colour and taken Nat Sulph 200c a dose prior to you last instruction.
I am going to complete the three days by today without taking any combination medicine as you asked me.
But, forced to take inhaler more than three times on 25th Nov 13 due to the fog weather.
While entered the warm room from out side felt some inconvenience and coughing slightly at evening.
I got the cough also on same day night while on bed and took Phosprous 30c single dose.
What medicine should take during humidity?
To day morning I have taken Maxiflo inhaler after 22 hours from the previous intake.
Getting muscle cramp very often on my right side below the last ribs and took Mag Phos 12x two doses.
You are requested to advise me for further.
Please advise me.

Pulstatilla 30
Dissolve 2 drops or 5 pills in 3 tablespoons water in a cup, stir a few times using a spoon and drink. Do this twice everyday for 5 days and update me.

Dear Dr. Zady,
I have completed five days with pulsattila 5 gulballs in water and taken twice a day as you instructed.
Fourth day I had a severe headache from the bed and pain on eyebrow and eye ball. I have taken Bryonia Alb 30c three times.
Fifthday evening I felt little suffocation (I was doing some work on cold water more than hour)and forget to take Justicia AD in evening (Taking Justicia AD twice a day) forced to use the inhaler more than two times at evening. There was a wheezing also.

Please do not take any homeopathic remedy on your own, Byronia, Justicia Ad. etc.
If you have pain in eyebrows, inform me or simply take paracetamol.

I had my first dose last night and took paracetamol for headache too.
Now I am having whole body pain and feeling like pinching on face under the eyes. Also there is nostril block mostly on right side.
I have taken the tablet for body pain 'Meloxicam 15mg' since I have to go for work.

The body pain is reduced by itself but still the joints are paining lightly and can not stand for long time, getting hip, thighs and knees pain.
I had cough following the intake of pulsattila while on bed for some times, during cough mucus discharge from throat (yellow).
No head ache after second day.
Still there is mucus yellow colour and nose discharge mostly from right side.
There is cloudy (whole day) today and felt little suffocation in the morning while driving and used the inhaler (Ventolin).
During suffocation my stomach is flatulence and burping following intake of inhaler.
I am having gum pain (gum is like broken) on upper left side. Last I took Anti Crude and Mezerium. Shall I take Anti Crude for the same?
Looking for your good advise to my problem.

I have completed fives as you mentioned and already updated on daily basis.
I have taken Anti. Crude 200 and Mezerium 30 and Plantago Major Q for my tooth pain. Planatgo on cotton at affected tooth.
Today I felt suffocation while getting up from bed at early morning 5.00am and took Ventolin inhaler then took Maxiflo inhaler around 7.00am after 17 hours from the previous intake.
Still my tooth pain is there (Broken tooth).
Waiting for your advise.

2 things that you should take note of:
1) You are doing regular self prescribing. In such cases, i excuse myself.
2) There is another poster on your thread-endohelp87-regularly giving feedback on your behalf. I asked you about her, you did not respond.
I am extremely hard pressed for time and don't want to spend time on cases where there is misrepresentation, confusion or lack of sincerity on the part of patient.
Hope i clarified my point.
