If I am holding any weight while shopping, it is also giving suffocation while walking some distance.

I hope that you back from your short trip.
Usually taking a single dose of spray every day since last twenty days.
Felt a little attack on 9th Jan when I was close to the sea (not dressed up well) and got a cough also during night. Used Kali Bich 30 single dose and used a spray (second time that day).
Again the same happened on 13th Jan and used spray second time.
Yesterday also the same and used spray second time.
I think, all the above are because of cold and not dressed well. (During cold use to dress double inner.Should keep my body warm by more dress.
Some times my stomach was flatulence at night after dinner, use to take Carbo Veg previously. Shall I use carbo veg again during flatulence. Your kind advise please.

I have taken Carbo Veg yesterday, how many days to take.
Tried to avoid the mouth spray second time yesterday evening, but could not and felt suffocate, also flatulence then forced to used mouth spray. Got relaxed.(It could be, because of ginger related food. If I have ginger related food, what medicine can use as precaution/prevention.

Cloudy and chill weather and having suffocation very often, used more than four times ventolin spray.
Please advise

Tiny mucus coming out following cough in several times (more than 10 times - small amount) and it is in throat.
No vomiting and there is head ache also every day after got up from sleep.
Last two days (head ache) pain on left side and today at right side. Some time goes itself or applying external medicines.
There is nasal block partially during sleep.

I have taken two doses as advised, following next day the problem was as it was. From the second day use of Ventolin being reduced in the day time, where usually the suffocation starts from 3.00pm, then used Ventolin along with regular mouth spray. But, whenever had ginger contained food that day faced more than normal problem.
Also taking 'Johar Joshanda' twice a day to get rid of cough specially at bed time.

I am feeling better now since the summer is started, but still I have to take the tablet Montina - L and Maxiflo mouth spray once at night. I am taking half tablet instead of one tablet. If skip this tablet, again there is suffocation starts at evening, also getting itching on palms and palate. Not using Ventolin now a days.

Ginger is always aggravation to me and it create very worst condition. (As I experienced)
