I have taken the remedy for a week and stopped following headache while taking Zingeber 30C.
Still using mouth spray once a day whenever getting suffocation. But there is no wheezing or mucus.
Inaha Allah going get surgery for inguinal hernia which penitetrad.
Your kind advise please
